I worry that walking on the snowpacked uneven trails could be hard on your knee. Being a "teacher" that has to flip it around to be your own pupil has to be extremely hard. <BR/><BR/>I start physiotherapy on my foot/achilles tendon this week. I suffer from lots of foot pain and the more walking I do the more I suffer.
