Observations and reflections from without and within
WOW Ruth! What a postcard that is! The scenery is breathtaking. So glad you all are having a grand journey. Be safe!
The light and shadows seem to tell me that you were there at a very good time of day.
Thanks for this lovely scene.Waiting to hear all about the trip when you get back.I'm sure there will be lots of beautiful pictures. Blessings,Ruth
Ruth, you look stunning against the spectacular background.Try not to gamble too much in Vegas.
Hi Ruth.....you seem as though you are having a wonderful time .....enjoying the lovely sunshine......
Gorgeous! Can't wait to hear/see more!!
Definitely a postcard worthy shot. The Grand Canyon is just one of those things everyone should see.
Beautiful photo of you and of the canyon. Hope you're having a great time.
That's just so beautiful! I've never been.
Enjoy your time in the US! Glad you're actually getting some sunshine. The rocks in Arizona are so photo-worthy. More photos?
Dang Ruth, we were at the south rim of the grand canyon that very day. I wonder if we passed each other. I would've loved the opportunity to meet in person!
Dr. J...that is quite the coincidence that we would end up in the same place on the same day, from Ontario and Denver. I would have loved to meet you. We were there only between 1 and 4:30 PM. I am going to be in Monterey tomorrow...let me know if you are too!
No, back in snowy Denver. Maybe a future coincidence... 3 1/2 hrs at Grand Canyon!?!? You are flying thru the American West!
I have never been west and this is like a whirlwind tour deciding where I will return to spend more time. The Grand Canyon deserved 3-1/2 days, not hours. (Vegas deserved 3-1/2 hours)
